Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Bar Auto Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our vehicle transport and body shop services. By using our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Bar Auto Ltd offers:

  • Vehicle collection and delivery services across the UK.

  • Vehicle body shop services, including accident repair, paintwork, dent removal, and general bodywork restoration.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking and Payments

  • All transport and body shop jobs must be pre-booked and confirmed by our team.

  • Payments can be made online or by invoice and must be completed before the vehicle is released, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any booking in case of non-payment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Transport cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

  • For body shop work, cancellations after work has commenced are non-refundable, but you may request a detailed invoice of costs incurred up to cancellation.

  • If we cannot fulfil your booking due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather, accident, power outage), a full refund will be issued.

4. Liability

  • Bar Auto Ltd takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the safe transport and repair of your vehicle.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage or mechanical issues.

  • Any claim for new damage during transport or repair must be reported within 24 hours of delivery/collection and supported by photographic evidence.

  • While in our body shop, your vehicle will be covered by our insurance, but we do not accept liability for delays caused by third-party suppliers or unavailable parts.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the vehicle is ready and accessible for pick-up, drop-off, or repair.

  • Remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before transport or body shop work.

  • Provide accurate contact details and information regarding the vehicle’s condition.

  • Notify us of any existing mechanical issues that may affect transport or repair.

6. Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England.
